Night Vlog 30 & Weigh In
ByThis is Yesterday in pictures (still no webcam) & my Weigh in from today! This is my last Nightly vlog ! see ya next week for another weigh-in & measurements (I think)! What I’ve learned from nightly vlogs: 1.Everyday counts (Eat Healthy & Do something everyday to help you acheive your goal) 2.I can be productive ( when I put my mind to it) 3.I need to have more structure in my life ( Sleep /cleaning/meal schedule, to do list, Goals) 4.I need to reward my self with healthy items ( Exercise eqipment, Extra Fruit and Veg, Vitimans, Makeup, Hair stuff.. Things that make me feel good about myself and help my overall health) 5. I enjoy encouraging, supporting , and Inspiring others 
) 6. I deserve to get to my goal! I WILL GET TO MY GOAL! I am never going back to my old habits! I will forever more be a healthy and fit individual ) 7. I KICK BUTT 5.

LOL ohh my gosh your hilarious!!! Yes i was unsure of dressing up but i said what the heck
) I like star wars but i’m not a nut about them like.. the inlaws 
) LOL glad your having fun on vacation .. try to sneak in some healthy meals it makes you enjoy the bad ones that much more

You’re such a rockstar girl!! You look amazing! You are kicking MAJOR butt!! I feel ya, not taking weigh ins as major heartache is great! Especially cuz I know we’re doing great all around. Excersizing and eating fabulously-ish. LOL Love you chica!! <3 <3

I spent $30 total assembleing both rory and I’s costume the most expensive thing was my boots for 6 and his light saber for 9 .. Nah you don’t sound old think we all grew up watching those origonal star wars

Keep it up! I loved the Padme costume. Star wars is awesome. Hope I don’t sound old by saying I grew up watching the originals. I love yoda and the Ewalks(sp?).
