This makes me feel good about my own life. Really good. And I’m a crack head.
Well off to pawn my computer.

Heh..

October 6th, 2009 at 6:08 pm

I’m not telling people their hobby isn’t cool, however there are countless guys here who ‘are’. That makes me wonder why you call ME arrogant, when all I do is poitning out the obvious fact that LARPing is not regarded as “cool” by the general public in Germany.
Honestly, I don’t care that you guys dress up like elves and run around in the forest with swords made out of wood… No really, in fact I’ve done some RPing myself, like DnD. I refraiend from puting an Orc mask on though.

Smart…
October 13th, 2009 at 10:00 pm
I wasen’t being arrogant. I just thought you’re comments were pointless, and useless, as you tell people theire hobbie isent cool.
October 14th, 2009 at 4:12 am
Vi kan foreseten snakke dank/norsk
October 17th, 2009 at 1:57 pm
Oh, I am glad you can so easily describe my personality from a few youtube comments… Wait.. Who was arrogant again?
There could easily be less than 1%. No matter how you look at it, LARPing is not “cool” in Germany.
October 20th, 2009 at 3:06 am
Dude. You’re the most arrogant person ive seen for a long time, looking at your other comments.
There could easyly be more than 1%, just not gathert at one place.

1% of the German population is 82,000 people. I believe that is sufficient to fill Mytodea and Drakenfest.
October 25th, 2009 at 1:23 pm
Lies…
Mytodea? Drakenfest? lawl

the weapons are made out of latex foam, and once an opponent dies, they leave the fight.
October 30th, 2009 at 12:10 am
from what ive heard theyre made from some sort of pvc pipe or other stuff object, surrounded by layers of foam and wrapped with duct tape. lol it shouldnt hurt very much. but their weapons look different, its probably made of stiff rubber, there are companies that make larping weapons

anyone notice the fable song at 5:00
November 1st, 2009 at 6:20 pm
what are the wepons made out of? and does it hurt?
November 3rd, 2009 at 6:02 am
Does anyone know if there have been any real fights, for example, someone takes the game too seriously and beats a 12 year old. any answers?
November 5th, 2009 at 3:29 am
Man, I wish larping would become more popular in Europe. It’s fun as hell but it’s so hard to get into if you don’t know anyone on the inside. My country has 10 million people and I bet not even 1% even knows what larping is, so sad
November 8th, 2009 at 8:37 am
BUT mytodea the worlds largest LARP is in Germany as far as i recall =)
