It’s probably latex partially over his own mouth, which covers his own and makes it look like the latex are his teeth, also if you take a good look you see that it’s actually out more then his other teeth so

It’s just painted latex. The jaw piece was separate from the main face piece when it was applied and so I could move my jaw, creating the illusion of teeth. It worked out pretty cool, I agree.
