It’s actually a funny story about that; Jimmy was supposed to put a big chain with B.I.G. on it around Big Bird’s neck when he came out, but due to the monofilament on BB’s arms to make them move, the chain would have looked very awkward. It now hangs in Caroll Spinney’s dressing room.
