Best picture is at 2:42, mainly because I’m a huge fan of scenic pics, and best cosplay is hard to tell because I love them all! I wish I looked half as good as these people when I cosplay.

These are all well done. I’m surprised no one has mentioned the Airman costume from Megaman/Rockman 2 found @4:32.
He looks larger than life, and he’s even got “the pose” down! Out of all the costumes here, I think Airman blows away the competition.
