I really don’t know whats so hot about Japanese girls cosplaying male anime characters but its really hot…lol
That’s why I don’t mean to undermine U.S. cosplayers but if a Japanese girl can cosplay a male character that good they are definitely better in that regard.

I know wrath is a guy. Or are you refering to that person? Because Ive seen women dress as male characters and vice versa in Japan. So theres no garantee of the gender at this angle.
