“Emily’s performance suffers after she Googles herself and sees that bloggers are judging her negatively online. Payson begins to attend public high school mid-year and clashes with the school’s Queen Bee, who seems to also take a liking in gymnastics. However, Kaylie, Lauren and Emily quickly come to her rescue and manage to get the “Queen Bee” off Paysons back for a short time. Meanwhile, a boy at school displays feelings for Payson. At the Rock, Sasha is hosting the annual Open House Night and decides to make it “fun” this year, encouraging everyone to enjoy themselves by dressing themselves in costumes and preforming routines purely for entertainment. Nicky and Kaylie are assigned to do a duet performance, which proves to be difficult, considering they have conflicting opinions about everything. However, the couple soon come to a truce and Kaylie comes up with an idea for their performance. They do a re-enactment of a Spanish bull fight and the crowd goes wild. Meanwhile, Emily is convinced by her mom to tell the story of her life through her performance, which results in a little girls asking for Emily’s first autograph.” ENJOY! :) Episodes available on iTunes after air date. The performance audience met Lord Gordon Godalming in the 1st act, and learned that he and Helga were having a blazing, secret affair. Since this is your 1st time seeing him, you might wonder why he seems to take her death so personally. He is the 1st one to flatly accuse (must be the liquor) Dracula to his face of all recent ill-doings. I don’t think this is why Dracula keeps mispronouncing his name. Apparently the count–much like myself, coincidentally–suffers from dysverbia, and thus keeps calling him Lord Goldaming. Oopsie. Gordon was played by a young man I’m pretty sure was named Craig, but I can’t remember his last name. Want to say Reardon, but am unwilling to commit to it. I think this was Craig’s 1st foray into acting, at least since he’d become an adult. He did good work, and I think he auditioned for and was cast in more parts after this production closed. He was the other non-theater major I referred to in my previous comments. I promised I’d talk about Lino Stavole, here. Lino was an awesome friend, and an equally awesome production staff member. Whether stage managing or building gruesomely realistic latex masks for other projects, he always did his best work, which was unlike anything I’d ever seen in the UT TFD department. For this production, he cast and built the dentures for Drac and Helga’s fangs, and built and coordinated all of the stake and blood effects. I’m not sure, but I think he had a hand (or lead) in all of the pyrotechnics, as well. I am
